Refund Policy for Studio Dermal

At Studio Dermal, your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our commitments regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds under EU and UK consumer protection laws.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at support@studiodermal.com immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Conditions for Returns

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal, including personalized items or products sealed for hygiene that have been opened after delivery. (Specify any exemptions applicable.)
For the 6 month garanty, make sure to film when you are applying, as we have to be sure that it is correctly used. If you have done so, please send you through our email (support@studiodermal.com) the videos and we will examinate the request as fast as possible.

Refunds for Faulty or Not-as-Described Goods

Under EU and UK law, consumers have up to two years to report faulty or misdescribed products. If a product is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Faulty product returns within 30 days of receipt qualify for a full refund including original standard delivery costs. After 30 days but within six months, Studio Dermal must offer repair or replacement first; if not possible, a full refund is due.

Refund of Shipping Costs

We will refund standard delivery charges incurred on your original order. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated. Premium delivery charges (e.g., express shipping) are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or the delivery was delayed by us.

How to Return an Item

Notify us at support@studiodermal.com to initiate a return. Pack the item securely and return it to the address provided by our support team. Keep proof of postage until the return is processed.

Exceptions and Additional Information
